FitNeo runs the booking, payments and studio apps for Pilates and fitness studios.

If you book classes at a studio

Signing in: enter your email in your studio's app or on their booking page and we email you a one-time code. There is no password.
Bookings, cancellations and refunds: these follow your studio's own policy, which the app shows you before you confirm. For a question about a specific class, credit or charge, contact the studio first — they hold your booking.
Payments: card payments are taken by a PCI-certified payment processor on the studio's behalf. Your card details never pass through FitNeo. Receipts are emailed after each purchase and listed under Wallet.
Your data: in the app, open You → Privacy to download a copy of everything held about you, or to delete your account.

If you run or teach at a studio

Getting started: sign in with your studio name and the one-time code we email you. No password to remember.
Connecting services: connecting Gmail, Calendar, or Search Console is optional and reversible. Manage them under Connections in the app.
Billing: your subscription is managed through your FitNeo account on the web; the app links out to manage it.
Team: owners can invite teammates by email from the Team screen.

Delete your account

Members: open You → Privacy → Delete my account in your studio's app. Your bookings and purchase history are removed and your details are anonymised. An active recurring membership has to be cancelled first, so no further charges can be taken against an account that no longer exists.

Studio and instructor accounts: open Account and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your data and cannot be undone.

Prefer to do it by email? Write to support@fitneo.ai from your account email with the subject "Delete my account", and we'll permanently remove your data. Disconnecting a service in the app removes its stored tokens immediately.
