FitNeo runs your schedule, class bookings, memberships, class packs, point of sale, client records, instructor rosters and pay periods, and gives your members a branded place to book. One flat price a month for the location, whatever size you are.

FitNeo takes no percentage of your bookings. The only fee on a class is $0.99, your member pays it, and they see it on the receipt. Card processing goes to your own Stripe account at cost, and we never mark it up.

FitNeo also includes market intelligence: the studios around you and what they actually run at, which areas near you would support a site, and the instructors available to hire. We sign one studio per city: once a studio in your city subscribes, no other studio there can subscribe for as long as that subscription lasts.

How FitNeo uses your Google data

When you choose to connect a Google service, FitNeo requests only what that feature needs:

Google Search Console (read-only): to read how your studio's website shows up in Google Search and the searches that bring people to it, so the co-pilot can advise on visibility. FitNeo cannot change anything in Search Console.
Google Business Profile: to find your studio's listing, read its Google reviews, and post a reply to a review only when you or your manager publish that reply. FitNeo never replies to a review on its own.

You connect each service yourself, you can disconnect at any time, and your tokens are encrypted at rest. FitNeo's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
