FitNeo ("FitNeo", "we") provides booking and studio-management software for fitness and Pilates studios. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@fitneo.ai.
Information we collect
- Account data: your studio name, email, and phone number, used to create and secure your account.
- Connected-service data: only when you explicitly connect a service, and only the scopes that feature needs (see below).
- Usage data: actions you take in the product, to operate and improve the service.
Member data
Studios use FitNeo to run their bookings, so we hold the member records a studio creates: names, contact details, bookings, attendance and purchase history. That data belongs to the studio. We process it on the studio's behalf to provide the service, and for nothing else.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe and settle to the studio's own Stripe account. FitNeo does not see or store card numbers.
Google user data
If you connect a Google account, FitNeo accesses only the following, and only to provide the feature you asked for:
- Google Search Console (
webmasters.readonly): read-only, to show how your studio performs in search. - Google Business Profile (
business.manage): to read your reviews and, only when you approve a reply, to post it. - Basic profile email: to show which account is connected.
That is the whole list. We do not ask for access to your inbox, your calendar or your files.
Limited Use
FitNeo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you enable; we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service, for security, or to comply with law; we do not use it for advertising; and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, or as required by law.
How data is stored and protected
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and are never exposed to your browser or other tenants. Each studio's data is isolated. You can disconnect any service at any time, which removes its stored tokens; you can also delete your account from inside the app under Account, which permanently removes your data.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We use sub-processors (e.g. cloud hosting and email infrastructure) only to operate the service, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
Your choices
Connecting any service is optional and reversible. To disconnect, remove the connection in the app. To delete your account and associated data, open Account in the app and choose Delete account. You can also request deletion by email at support@fitneo.ai.
